Hey all, gotta heck of a deal on some thighs & they even had some beef ribs that were not carved down to the bone.... So picked up some of each & here we go..... With my helper we got started....

Hey Justin!  The beef ribs and chicken both look amazing...nice going Brother!  And your wife's mac n cheese looks awesome too!  Looks like this meal was a total family effort!

Thanks Bear, much appreciated... Hard to beat some good meaty beef ribs for sure ! Yea, my helper does a great job & is full of energy... LOL.
