I came home from a day of shopping with four bottles. Wife said please tell me you didn’t buy more hootch. So I told her exactly that as I was putting them into the cabinet. Also ended up with a really nice pork belly for habanero bacon, 7 lbs of chicken thighs for sausage, 4 lbs chicken wings for super bowl and 2 boneless pork shoulders for hot Italian sausage. Had other stops but it was a good day.

Opening this one tonight.

this looks like the rite place to toss this ? out. i have a bottle of glenmark?? 12year old scotch from the late70s-80s?. what would a guy do with such a gem? its been living in the back of liquor cabinet. still has paper tax strip on it. im not a big enough fan of scotch to be worthy of opening it. lol

That's called a "Dusty". Put it on Craigslist or OfferUp as a "collectable liquor bottle" (that just happens to be unopened). Someone might go for it.

A 12 year old scotch that’s 40 something years old. Someone will buy it. I bet you can get way more than what it cost back when it was only 12 something years old.
