Here's a video I recently shot of my Anova for reference - more water movement than I remembered. I moved the output near the surface to give an idea of how much force is generated:

Don't have a SV (yet) but from what I've researched it is somewhat common for an air bubble to cause an issue like that. I think you just pull it and re-seat.
