That's a lot of pecans!! I bought some the other day to make a keto pumpkin crunch cake, based on what I paid for them you've got a small fortune there!

Yes it is. Pretty good but not close to my favorite. I do love the pumpkin bars with cream cheese frosting best. I think I've given you that recipe. I do see that she posted a new pecan pie recipe. I'd be all over that if I was swimming in pecans!!

Keto, the time has come, long over due really.

We love these pumpkin bars during the holidays as well. Kind of like a pumpkin roll in bar form.
