Hah, go you one better, or perhaps you've gone one better:  As you were posting your query, above, the postal gal was putting it into my mailbox.  Now, that's what I call service.  No problem as the delivery was within the "delivery window" you posted on the purchase order confirmation.  Just, like was mentioned before, like a kid waiting for Christmas to get here.    Now where did I put that carmalized onion posting?
