My name is Dan, I live out in the sticks up in Maine, and I've been addicted to smoking for about a year and half. I started with an offset charbroil smoker and this year I bought a Master Forge gas job. I bought Jeff's rub and sauce back then and what an investment! Access to this forum has helped soo much as well. I've since become quite popular with friends and family (well, when I feed them anyway) and I've been hired to make pulled pork for several events from weddings to funerals. I love learning this art and living around here, you guys are pretty much my only instructors. There seems to be a need around here for real bbq so my wife and I are looking, learning, and praying about just what and when we should jump into. Thanks to all you very helpful posters.
