Did this one a couple months ago and forgot to post it. At the request of my brother and his family I cooked for his 40th birthday party.

Couple of butts. Ran about 20 hours.

Fast forward to later. Got two smokers and the kettle rolling with a little smoke.

Little BBQ sauce and butter. Back to the smoker for about 3 hours.

That is one fine looking feast ya have there John ! Everything tastes better with family but that spread didn't been any help !

Great looking spread. And the perfect protein to other stuff ratio. I also have a grill guard that hangs with me while the cookers are running.
