I'm Paul from northwest Illinois. I've been smoking with some friends for a few years and just got my own smoker recently. I've used a UDS,Bradley electric and I have a Pro Q Frontier. I'm just interested in what people think about different smokers. Helped a buddy in a rib comp. last summe, a small local one, and out of 13 competitors there were 13 different smokers. I asked almost everyone how they liked their smokers and they were all "the best". I also asked how many different styles they had used. Shockingly the answer I got from all was one. So that didn't help me at all. So here I am. I'm here to read and learn.
