Another first timer

I've been smoking for about 15 years on and off. I just got serious about 5 years ago. I have a Smoke Hollow 4-1, Smoke Hollow Model 41170B, Coleman Road Trip Grill and numerous smaller charcoal models. Pretty much everything I've done up until now has been from trial and error. I'm at a point where I'm trying to up my game to the next level (beyond the typical butt or ribs). I'm constantly trying new techniques, cuts, rubs and sauces. I'm looking forward to learning and sharing in the forum.

Hey calivol, welcome to SMF.  The great thing about this place is you can learn to smoke just about anything you can eat!  I'm always surprised at what folks with creative minds throw in their smoker.
