A couple weeks back we did a bunch of Chicken Legs & Thighs.

Tried some experimenting, decided to do the Thighs Boneless and the Legs as Lolipops & wrapped in BACON...

The end result was the chicken came out okay but the rub I used sucked...

I tried one that I was thinking about selling on my website but that sure won't happen...

The rub had enough salt in it to preserve those legs into the next Ice Age...

Well I will try anything once, sometimes twice not this stuff.

Here are some Qviews.

Nice looking chicken. Too bad you didn't like the rub. I experiment with new rubs all the time hoping to find something fantastic and find myself always going back to the very first simple rub I made. Sometimes it's just better to keep it simple I guess.

To bad about the rub...understand how it can p*** you off. Maybe try the same ingredients but back way off on the salt? I've pretty much switched to sea salt I can get out of a bulk bin....doesn't seem to have the bite of iodized salt to me.

Awesome looking chicken goodies there Paul !!!

Shame about the rub, because it sure does look fantastic!!!!

Lollipops?

My arteries are plugging up just thinking about them!

GREAT Job as usual!!

Thanks Everyone....

The Rub was a commercial rub I was thinking about adding to my webstore.  I have no control over the ingredients on this one...

Great looking chicken, never thought about the lollipop method, gonna have to try that!
