In the basement we have all wired with 110 and 220, concrete floors and so far no water getting in from the walls. Have hot cold running water and drain. I'm going to make a shop down there with a SS washing station and SS table.

I did get a nice rack. This will be good until I get the basement all done....Oh yeah and my smoker built...D'OH
