Got 5lbs mixed ready for stuffing tomorrow. Irma getting close so gotta move with these.

Some added honey

I use my KA with the dough hook at times.

You can use store bought 80/20. Just make sure you can see the meat in the package or large chub.

In the fridge for tomorrow.

Looks good Rick!

That's one scary hurricane, hopefully it will turn out into the Atlantic before it gets to you or me.

I sure hope it doesn't go up into the Gulf & hit Texas.

Yeah Al

Its going to be a close one.

I will be in contact with my NASA/NOAA buddy who flies the global hawks above the storm. That wont happen until it gets closer to land.

I need to make more of these.

Now I get to see my mistakes from you.

Yeah, I keep watching the spaghetti models and they are starting to tighten up.  Looking like Irma may be a Florida coast, Georgia storm from tonight's models. And a monster storm to boot.  Either way the Bahamas look like they are going to get slammed as it approaches.  Current wind speed projections are Cat 4 all the way to the east coast of Florida/Georgia (probably by Saturday evening). Not good at all.

Might be time to head inland Rick (at least the "home" is mobile).

Good start to the sticks,,,, Waiting,,, Stay safe with that storm coming.

Sounds good...all you guys in the southeast stay safe. I know it's more unlikely, but hoping Irma does as little damage as possible. Up in PA not looking forward to any of the leftovers of this storm either. Our prayers with you.

Hey Nepas, where would one purchase this mix? it sounds really good and I would like to try it.

Thanks
