Ah, sorry! I forgot about this. Had it last night. Ended up just using beef gravy with it. The meat was delicious. But a touch dry. Had with mashed taters and brussel sprouts.

Looks good Steve. I stating mine today. I using a fairly lean chuck roast. Hopefully it do OK. Thinking of injecting? I using same marinade I used last time I think and using my homemade Mustang Grape Vinegar. Marinade
