Ok last night was burger night and it did not disappoint. I've posted a few Burgers on here and some are fairly large in size. This one definitely falls under the large category. Sides were not needed with this bad boy.

Started out making 1/4 lb pattys from ground brisket. These went on the grill and cooked to medium.

Then I got all the toppings ready. Everything I could think to make an "all American" burger.
Lettuce, tomato, Mayo, mustard, ketchup, pickle, American cheese, onion and of course we can't forget plenty of bacon.

I started with toasting a whole wheat bun. Then mayonnaise ketchup and lettuce on the bottom and mustard on the top.

Three patties for this one. Tomato on one, pickle on one and onion on the other all topped with American cheese also.

Then stacked up on the bun with three half slices of bacon between each .

And here it is ! The All-American cheeseburger

This thing was absolutely ridiculous! But it was super delicious. I did finish the whole thing but if I would have had anything on the side it wouldn't have happened. You guys would have got a kick out of watching me try to eat this thing! I would have tried to get a cut and a half picture of it but as you can see that probably would have been impossible. LOL!
Thanks for taking a look!

Those look great. You reminded me I have brisket burgers in the freeze! I need to make a book for what is in there. I kinda of have gone over board on sales and now that I am intermittent fasting I hardly cook or eat during week days.

Jiminy Crickets Travis that's one HUGE burger. You must have channel locks for a jaw. Beautiful just beautiful.

Point for sure

Looks great Travis, now that's a Big Burger.
Just one question, did the fries get trashed, where's the fries man?
Lol! Thanks chile! The boys ate fries and the wife had hers without a bun and made a salad. No way I could have fit fries in after eating that burger! Lol!

Thanks Brian! I put a big dry erase board on the door of our stand up freezer. Really helps keep track of whats in there. These buns were good. Not sure if your doing low carbs or no carbs but one of these buns is 20g net carbs. Not bad for a burger bun.

Thanks Chris! Man I'll tell ya. It took me a few tries to even take my first bite! Couldn't get unhinged! Lol I just picked a spot and went at it! Im sure it wasn't a pretty sight!

Bunny looks at me weird when I construct and destruct a double. This has inspired me to take it to another level. Awesome burger!

Great burger . Points for the structural integrity of keeping the bottom bun from failing due to moisture .
American cheese is a must as well .
Nice work .

That's another awesome looking burger! We voted and decided that would be great for breakfast! Can only imagine trying to eat one.

But... Whole Wheat Bun?! :emoji_sweat_smile:

The Bacon coverage makes up for it a little though

But in all reality, sign me up! Looks great! I'm thinking Burgers may be on the menu soon... Thanks Travis!

for a good cross section, stick some dry spaghetti noodles in there in a few places (Through the top to the bottom). Snip off and then slice. That's how I did mine here:

That is one amazing burger. Everything looks great on there, but love to see that nice slice of red onion!
