Resort manager asked me if i could make 5lbs of SS for her son in AL.

He is a LT Colonel USARMY.

Said how much. I said nothing.

Mixed and going to stuff tomorrow in 2" fibrous casing.

Hang at 130* for 1.5 hours, no smoke vent full open. I cut some aluminum round stock for my hanging to replace the wood dowels. This will help to retain heat when i loop over collagen or natural casing.
