We just got our fryer yesterday... Rick.. I see you did fries awhile back.. did you coat (Both fries and rinds) those with oil before frying ?? got me wanting rinds now ... Thumbs Up

BTW.. where did you get the rinds ?? last time I looked they are pretty proud of them things

i dont add any oils, just put the fries in frozen right from the bag. Trick is not to over fill the basket of the cooker. Got the pork pellets at the WBP fair yesterday.

My wife has insulin resistance. Pork rinds are one snack she can eat. I tried to make them the old fashion way, but they were far from stellar. Lol.

Those look great and oh so easy.

I thinking a air frier would make a great bday gift for her next month.

Teah i know how it is for her as i am also diabetic. We are human and fault alot, hard to break lifelong eating habits.
