I am beyond addicted. A year ago, my father in law bought me a 3-1 grill//smoker. At the time all I wanted was a gas grill but he wanted me to have the ability to use charcoal since he preferred charcoal when he came down. A buddy of mine wanted to use the smoker portion of my grill and I told him to go for it. He made the most delicious brisket I had ever had and knew I had to start. I've been obsessed ever since. Right now I am modifying an Oklahoma Joe with all the stops. Even coating the cooking chamber burnt orange (HOOK EM!). I'm looking forward to learning from all of you and smoking anything I can! Lately I've only smoked while briskets, beef plate ribs, chicken and pork spare ribs. I will move on to pork butts eventually but want to get the others down first.
