local ace hardware started carrying b n b charcoal so decide to run it straight by it self usually use kingsford with wood chunks with the b n b the wsm ran at 250 the whole cook with one 275 temp spike for 5 minutes with kingsford the wsm runs between 275 and 300 with higher temp spikes just got to turn the sauce in to a glaze

Those look Kill'er, I love that B.H.S.S rub, a little secret, it's what I use on my comp ribs, and have done extremely well with it. Two 1st place and one 3rd place, so far.
