Hey, couple years ago I was telling my wife I wanted to get a smoker and as a surprise she bought me a Big Green Egg. At first I wasn't happy but soon learned why so many people love the Egg. But while I wetted my appitite for smoking I quickly became frustrated with the lack of space.

So this week I got a 40" Masterbuilt Cabelas Electric smoker.

First smoke was a 4 lb pork loin (5 lbs with bacon).

Hooked.

July 4th weekend and have 4 racks of babybacks and 5 lbs of wings sitting and waitin.

Wifey doesn't know but she's about think somethng is wrong is she doesn't smell smoke around the house.
