I've tried "smoking" in the past using chips on a gas grill but decided it was about time to actually give it a try.  I have a Masterbuilt 30-inch electric smoker on the way as well as some accessories from amazenproducts to go with it.  I'm a big fan of red meats and pork so I plan on starting with those as I learn how to properly smoke meats.  If I get good at it I may pick up some accessories for the KitchenAid and start making and smoking sausages etc in the future.

So, now I'm here :)
