Today I smoked the entire Memorial Day feast.  We had baby back ribs, a side of wicked baked beans by dutch, and smoked corn on the cob.  I made a few modifications to the baked beans recipe which was well received.  The food was awesome.  The Mrs was very pleased and is looking forward to the leftovers.  I skipped foiling the ribs this time and I liked them better than foiled ribs.
