A smoked my first Boston butt

I think it came out pretty awesome. Super tender, butter smooth slicing. Took it out at about 195 and rested it for about 40 min (we couldn’t wait any longer),

Looks great!! I’m surprised it held together in slices. Usually at that temp it falls apart into pulled pretty easily. I did 3 today too.

there was almost no resistance, and it did fall apart the more slices I made, but I wasn't sure it was quite ready for pulling bc the bone dint want to just come out-- it was wiggly though.

yea it was just some phone pics. I bet if you download them and zoom in some you can get a little better look , but the resolution wont hold up onc3e too zoomed in , haha
