One of my sons said "You would have never let us do all that stuff when we were kids"  My answer  "Your right"

The other thing we enjoy, is when we get tired we can say "Here you go. good night"

But we do love those grand kids.   We have one that has lived with us for 18 years.

It ain't nothing like'em,wait till you get Great Grand  Babies,I have one and another in the basket.Cooking eight steaks,6 racks of baby backs tomorrow for my grand daughters birthday.With twice stuffed potatoes, baked cabbage,mac & cheese ,and some good BBQ bread with garlic butter.And the wife already has the cake and ice ready. You're right about the larger smoker.
