A meaty kinda day

Just another pork butt...to get me back into the swing of things as I havent had chance to smoke for a while.


And what do you do when you get bored waiting on your butt...you grill some burgers hahaha.


Hot dogs loaded with pulled pork, pickled cabbage, grated cheese, grated apple and bbq sauce...


Hot dogs loaded with pulled pork, onions, bell peppers, sweetcorn, jalapeños, cheese, chipotle sauce...


A bit of a feast today :p haha

I just used fresh grated and didn't bother doing anything...but if I were doing cheese and apple pork chops I would grill :)
