I do not. It's a mixed bag of opinions boule down to choice. It will not break your ketosis. My latest favorite is Famous Dave's Sugar free. The HC is good though. They have original and Apple habanero sugar free.

Tried the HC last night on a pulled pork sandwich, and it was great !

I'll have to check it out. I have used G Hughes a lot but my current favorite is Famous Dave's Sugar Free.

I like the rubs from Famous Dave, especially the chicken rub.
