Hello My name is Justin. I was given a smoker as a gift this past week and figured to day would be the day to break it in. I have a Masterbuilt Gas smoker and I am smoking two boston butts bone in. I am following the pork sticky thread for most of my cooking and added a little of my own flavor (Love it spicy). I will be on most of the day and plan to post picks of the process. I put it on about 30 min ago and the temp in the smoker is just getting to 200.
I look forward to some really good pulled pork tonight! Oh ya they are aprox both 6lbs. I gave myself 13 hours for them to be done. Not what I would call a hard deadline just having some people over tonight for a party and they will be hungry by that time.
