For the 4th of July our Safeway had some awesome sales and ribs were 1. There were limits of 2 packs per day so I had to go back anytime i was near there.

Here are 2 of the victims getting a little rub down before getting into the tanning beds.

Here they are at 2 hours. I did a mop at 1hr in.

I left in the foil for 1 hour. Then back on the grates with a coating on my bbq sauce. Here they are out of the tanning bed.

And here they are about to be destroyed.

Thanks for looking.

Man that's cheap. Ribs look great. Spares are as good as bb in my opinion

Man! Those look entirely edible. $1.00 or under St. Louie is totally unheard of, around here. I'd have just driven around the block after each purchase and used a different cashier. ;)

Bunny would totally cut me off after the initial rib run even at that price. She’s a porkaholics
dream if I ever did see one!

Good deal there! Is that chicken and rib rub from Weber? Every time I go to the store I forget to get it. It’s my favorite so far. I wanna try rub with love again

Those are some fine looking ribs Brian!
I have never seen ribs that cheap around here.
The cheapest I have found is $1.99 and I bought 10 racks for the freezer.

Wow that is cheap!!! I wish we saw that up here, Great looking ribs as well.... Definite like on that. Congrats on the carousel ride.

Thanks everyone. Well it only gets better. My mom saw them too and thought I would like them so she picked up 4 packs. What is better is the ones she found were double packs where the ones I got were singles.

SCORE!!!

Thanks for the kind words everyone.

Good eye there. 2 hours at 225-250 - 1 hour wrapped 250-275 . then 30-45 minutes 225ish but i turned off the heat after 15 minutes so i do not know what the temp was when i finished. So right around 4 hours total. Now the pit was at 300 when I opened to put these in. I usually have the pit higher when i start just to adjust for the loss while the lid is open. When I closed it the probe was around 225-230.

If I do 225 the whole time i usually use 2 - 1.5- .75 for st louis.
