I just got my new book. "Great Sausage Recipes And Meat Curing" by Rytek Kutas 4th Edition. I don't even know where to start, wait I'm a sopressata fan, I just can't get enough of that stuff. I guess that's where I just might start. See what this place has done to me.I'm turning into a large happy mammal.
