either way we have some company coming in from Iowa, and some local family coming out for the 4th, maybe20 people or so.
tentative plan, gonna pull the char griller offset out of the garage where it has been resting since I have been practicing on a loaner
WSM the past month or so. If I still have the
WSM loaner I will fire up the
WSM, the
Chargriller, and my
Weber Kettle to get the job done.
menu as of today:
- grilled corn on the cob in the husk
- a few slabs of BB ribs, and a few slabs of K.C. Spares
- ABT's
- baked beans with double smoked kilbasa
On the stove I am going to braise a pork shoulder, and make some carnitas for tacos, served with cilantro, red onion, and probably some salsa verder made with some grilled garlic, tomatillos, red onion, jalapenos, and anaheim peppers.
