Just finished dusting a 6-7 lb butt and 6 half slabs of ribs (cut in half for ease of bringing them back from Findlay Market in Cincinnati). There are 60 wings I haven't figured out what to do with and there's a 10 lb brisket not featured. 18 holes of golf in the morning and then a smoking meatfest over the weekend. This stuff is addicting!
