Had Tatanka running for the 4th. Started at 4am.

5 slabs of ribs 2 1/2 butts, tri tip, brisket flat, and pork steaks. 3 ribs and the butts were for a girl I work with.

Bottom shelf/top shelf temps. I love this! Joel @seenred built a heck of a cooker! Fed it a split about every hour and it stayed right there!

Ps it you aren’t too carful with who you smoke for you may end up with a “bring me some wood I’ll smoke it up” for ya side gig….. that what you can smoke your stuff for free! LOL

It really is.....And its so easy to cook on. Once it settles in it just drives itself. Just feed it about every hour. heck it even makes my rookie tail look good!
