With rain forecast for most of Memorial Day I smoked 4 breast to reheat on the grill.

Set up the kettle with an off brand charcoal, lit some KBB in the chimney

KBB

Lit Charcoal

Kettle was holding 325* F kicked it up a 380*

Used one of Lamars Mods http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/t/258216/making-et732-work-on-my-rotisserie

This thing rocks no more opening the lid

Pulled the birds at 170* F carry over went to 173* F

I'll try to get more shots later
