I'm spritzing with apple juice. Can't get beer.... not 21 :(

Spares. St louis. Rubbing them the night before and refrigerating.

But then again. This is backyard bbqing. If they are overdone, so be it. I like the texture.

ok just read em all. Ill have to keep them in longer and i think ill have to reduce smoke a bit. Ill be doing another run in about a month... too much rain and not enough time!
