Just got my self sighned up for these forums looking for new recipes & such. Look as tho there are alot of ideas to ponder over on these lists.

I live here in Montana along the Kootenai River in N. West part of the state. My name is Johnnie Sixkiller, I am retired, but work during Hunting season cooking for hunting camps. I generaly cook for any where from 5 to 12 hunters & Packers for about 8 to 10 days. Can turn into alot of work, being in the back country.
