Nice hunt. Do any of the ranches have Axis Doe that you can get? Hands down best tasting venison. I try and shoot one each year and I do not make any of it into sausage, I leave that for the whitetail trimmings.

They have Axis on em and I asked about the does but non available for me to take. I've taken em and eaten them before I agree, totally amazing!!!!.
If I get them as an option I definitely will be gunning for them :D
