Gonna have to disagree with you there. I forsee KU getting knocked out of the top 25 within the first week, most likely for the next decade or two. I doubt they will ever see another March Madness game. By the way, that has nothing to do with me being a lifelong KSU fan... absolutely nothing...

That's funny because I'm not a KU fan either but also a KSU Fan, Purple Pride... In fact I think I am about the only one in the Kansas City & Lawrence area, I am not from this part of Kansas but from the farthest Northeast County (Doniphan Co.) where everyone went to K-State or Emporia...

I just posted this to stir up some responses try and get some people posting more...

Well, here in WV we are excited to be ranked in preseason polls. Coming in at #8 is a rare deal for us. I believe I heard its the first time ever ranked in top ten in preseason. We owe it all to Bob Huggins, we have a great coach now and being a WVU alum he says he is planning on retiring from here so great news for us.

I know you K State fans are familiar with Huggs. Not sure how you all feel about him though since he left.

BTW, congrats Kansas, with two first team preseason All-Americans they will be a handful for anyone.
