Family and friends like to have a little venison summer sausage for munching on during the holidays. Heres' some of the mix 70% venison and 30 % pork trim Into the mixer for a spin Used 2/1/2 inch x 24 inch fibrous casings with a 22# stuffer Sealed off with 1/2 inch hog rings ,the sticks held about 31/4 pounds each.
