1st time smoking fish on the Traeger...any advice is welcome. (photos)

And... the longer brine was not my favorite. Also tried a shorter, 4 hour brine and didn't love that either. 9 hrs seems like a good soak.
 
Wow, smoked Kingfish, delicious. I love the way you tried different methods and brine times to get to that perfect taste.

Last batch of Smoked fish I did, I vacuum packed, sat in fridge a day or two and then froze, they tasted as fresh as just off the smoker.
