My name is Chad I'm from the Fingerlakes in NY. I've been smoking food for a few years and I'm always starving for more knowledge. This seems to be the place to get it. I have two smokers a Horizon smoker (horizontal) and a MES 40. I have a few homemade attachments for the Horizon smoker that I use for cold smoking. I figured I should join due to I'm always on here to get information and ideas. I post a few pics later.
