this is my first batch of jerky made with AC Leggs teriyaki jerky seasoning sorry now prep views but here is the money shot
waiting to cool and flavors to come together abit before i try it out
2.4lb eye of round (after trimming)
marinade is
2c cold water
.090 oz #1 cure
1.0125 oz of seasoning
marinade for 24 hr
put in smoker for 1 hr @ 120
added AMNPS smoke (bourbon barrel pellets) and bumped up to 160 for 3 1/2 hrs
