Loaded up the charcoal 3/4 of a bag, 10:45 am smoked a 20 lb turkey the took that off at 4:30 pm, then proceed to put 10 lb pork butt and a 5 pound brisket, took those off at 1 30 am. The smoker still had 1/4 off the original charcoal and wood left . It was still smoking at 5 am the next day...very happy...with the uds..

Great looking smoker!

Glad to see it performs well too!
