15lb LEM Stuffer New style

Well after having the the New style 5lb Lem stuffer I was so impressed I bought the 15lb when they had it on sale last week. Can't wait to use it,,, But I need to find a 3/8" snack tube for it,,, the tubes for the 5lber won't work on this one. I am trying to post pics just hang with me on that part.

I would contact LEM and see if they recommend using the 15# stuffer for sticks.... Me thinks they do not...

Just add water and those 5# tubes will grow to fit the 15#!

I will dave,,,, Also talked to Boykjo,,, and he said he does alot of sticks down to 19mm with his larger stuffers,,, but did say less stress with 5lber,,, I also contacted LEM but have not heard back from them,, I will give it a try and if not I will go back to the 5lber. I will let you know,,, Just the new 5lber is so smooth,,, I hope this 15 is the same,,,my boy and I did 25lbs of sticks in the 5er in under 2hours mix, stuff, and clean up that is pretty good.

The 3/8" tube is approx. 10mm... a lot smaller than 19mm... The bigger diameter piston needs a lot more pressure to squeeze the meat through a 10mm tube...

This thing is a beast,,, have to go help my brother tear down Wall tents at his elk camp this weekend, I will see if I can get to use it next weekend.

Got ya,,, I remember trying to do sticks with the old shoe horn stuffer LOL what a Pain,,,, if it does not work no big deal, I will be doing a lot of brats and larger sausages anyways,, that is why I bought it..., but I am going to give it a try
