Freezer was a little bare so I had to solve that issue.

Here is 20 lbs of butt cut up waiting for its date with the Cabela's 1/2 hp grinder. I used 38mm natural hog casings from www.midwesternresearch.com.



4 minutes later it was ground goodness. Chilled them down for a bit while I got the stuffer out. No pictures of the stuffer this time.

Vacuum packed them all last night and they are resting in the freezer until show time.

 hard too beat that home made sausage. I gotta get the equipment together so I can make links, and not just fresh............LOL i'm still in the dark ages using a hand crank grinder to grind my meat unless I can get my butcher to grind it for me.
