Is this gonna be an over-nighter? What kind of rig are you smoking in? You got some meat, some snort, and a cigar so your off to a good start. I'll bet your gonna need some more snort and a few more cigars though..

10 Hours in...Internal 156 degrees.. I have a Char Griller with side firebox and lots of mods....This is most definately an ovenight smoke...
