Smoked them for about 2 hrs in MES using hickory. The way the weather was I wasnt sure if would be able to do that let alone later use charcoal grill as was raining hard.
After the 2hrs, moved them to charcoal grill as rain was done.
Put on fresh corn on the cob.
First photo is them being moved from MES to Oki Joe.
Second one is finished meal. Made a tasty bbq sauce.
THere's very little conversation during meal time. Wonder why?
