brisket is on
I started a fire about 9:30 last night, then filled the smoker full of oak. got up at 1:30 to a nice bed of coals and a temperture of about 220. I fed her a little cherry and pecan, and got the brisket on at 1:55. Tried to lay back down but its not working. Looks like its going to be a long day. -
