Hi BG, Can you send some more pics of the burner set up? Is there a way to intercept the gas line to the chip burner with a regulator? I agree on using chunks vs. chips. r2

    Masterbuilt propane not smoking

Hi Edude, Sorry for the late response. I have attached a few pics of my setup. My rig is older than yours so it doesn't have the heat shield like yours does. Glad you are getting the smoke you wanted. r2

Need help with wood chips please!

I just drilled 3 holes and then inserted bolts in to make a tripod arrangement. I used fender washers on both sides and double-nutted all the bolts.

Need help with wood chips please!

I agree with Motocrash. It's what I do in my MB 30" vertical smoker. Make sure you find a way to elevate you CI pan above the burner. I drilled holes in my CI pan and used nuts and bolts make adjustable legs. Let me know if you want a pic of that. r2

    Cutting Boards

I have several Epicurean cutting boards that I use on a daily basis. They work fine and are dishwasher safe. The only negative comment I have is my larger boards have tended to warp a little bit. r2
