Hey guys!
I'm pretty new at smoking and just got my first smoker on my birthday back in August. It is a Masterbuilt propane smoker. I am smoking a butt today at 265 degrees. I'm using apple wood chips and I have to replace them every 20 minutes or so because they keep burning out. I notice that the smoke isn't being produced, so when I check the tray, it's just ash. Any ideas?

I agree with Motocrash.
It's what I do in my MB 30" vertical smoker.
Make sure you find a way to elevate you CI pan above the burner.
I drilled holes in my CI pan and used nuts and bolts make adjustable legs.
Let me know if you want a pic of that.

Yeah man I would love a picture. I'm not super handy but if I see a picture I could probably reproduce it.
