I had some pork belly skin so i thought i try to make them into rinds. I boiled the skin for about an hour then put into my air fryer on dehydrate at 175 for 6hrs then fried them at 400. They came out looking good but they lost their crunch in about 15min. What did i do wrong any tips would be...
