First time trying beef back ribs and some air fryer beef jerky they both came out pretty good. Did the pork ribs just in case the beef ribs didn't work out. oh yeah first time trying meat church rub it was great.

Nice job, congrats on some great looking bbq!!

All the beef back ribs here are nothing but bone and cost an arm and a leg lol. Glad to see they exist with some meat on them somewhere.
It's ok though I'm in brisket land and can get short/chuck/plate ribs for smoking quite easily.
